My roof is leaking right now. Can you come out fast?
Yes. If water is actively getting in, call and we'll get out to stop it as soon as we can, before any contract, before any claim. We stop the water first and sort out the rest after.
Do you handle the insurance claim for me?
We document the damage with a full photo report, file alongside you, and meet your adjuster on the roof. You pay your deductible; we handle the back-and-forth on the scope.
How long does a typical re-roof take?
Most single-family homes are a one-day tear-off and re-roof. Larger or steeper roofs run two days. We never leave a roof open overnight without it being fully dried in.
What warranty do I actually get?
Manufacturer coverage on the materials (up to lifetime, depending on the product) plus our own 10-year workmanship warranty on the labor. Both are in writing and registered in your name.
